The Highland Park Strings, conducted by Francesco Milioto, will present its annual benefit concert, “Distant Borders, Close Connections,” at 3 p.m. Feb. 12 in Bennett-Gordon Hall at Ravinia, Lake-Cook and Green Bay roads, Highland Park.
