POLICE BLOTTER
The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Glencoe Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. All court appearances are at the courthouse at 5600 Old Orchard Road, Skokie, unless otherwise noted.
WARRANT
A Highland Park man pulled over July 13 on Green Bay Road at Jefferson Avenue for a traffic ticket was found to be wanted by Lake County authorities. He was also charged July 13 with driving on a suspended or revoked license and traffic offenses. He covered $1,500 bail and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15.
THEFT
A resident of the 200 block of Sheridan Road reported that a suitcase packed with $60,000 in jewelry is missing. It was last seen in a closet Oct. 17, 2011, according to reports. The house has been under renovation for several months.
NOISE
Police ticketed two landscapers for leaf-blower noise July 18. Chalet, of North Chicago, was cited in the 300 block of South Avenue. Z. Lopez, of Glenview, was cited in the 700 block of Greenwood Avenue.
