Glencoe police blotter for June 14, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Glencoe Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. All court appearances are at the courthouse at 5600 Old Orchard Road, Skokie, unless otherwise noted.
THEFT
A bike left locked to the Glencoe Metra station rack the morning of June 6 was stolen some time before the following morning. The 16-inch, 21-speed, silver and black Gary Fischer Tarpon model was valued at $350.
TRESPASSING
Two teens were ticketed June 7 on charges of being on the Dell Place beach two hours after the 7 p.m. closing time. Cited were David Podea, 18, of 2015 Lake Ave., Wilmette, and a Glencoe girl, 17. Their presence was revealed to police by a paid-on-call firefighter posted on the top of the bluff by the Glencoe Public Safety Department.
